Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. You can set up your products, share your order form and take real orders during the trial.
How do my customers place orders?
Through your own order form. Share its link anywhere — your WhatsApp bio, Instagram, ads — or embed it on your website. Your team can also enter orders by hand, or import them from a CSV file.
Do you support field agents?
Yes. Send stock to agents on waybills, see exactly what each one is holding, choose which agent delivered an order so the units come off their stock, and settle the cash through remittance.
Can I limit what my staff can see?
Yes. Give each person a role, and each role exactly the permissions you tick — for example, taking orders without seeing your income or settings. The built-in roles can be adjusted, and you can make your own.
Can I bring my existing data?
Products and orders can be imported from CSV files. Every list can be exported to CSV or straight to your own Google Sheet.
How are WhatsApp and SMS messages paid for?
From prepaid message credit that you top up inside your workspace. Each message sent uses credit at a fixed rate, and a message is only charged if it actually goes out.
Is my data secure?
Every request is served over HTTPS, and each business's data is isolated at the database level — a query can only ever see its own workspace. Passwords are hashed, and integration credentials and access tokens are encrypted. Card details never reach us: payments go straight to the payment provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans have no lock-in or minimum term — when a period ends it simply doesn't renew unless you pay for the next one. Write to us and we'll close the workspace and delete its data.
